Don't let the 2 stars fool you about this place! I came in expecting bad customer service and a rude banker, but it was quite the opposite. The branch manager Kendra took me in and was extremely polite and courteous. She got everything I needed quickly and was helpful throughout the whole process. I hope that chase customers and non chase customers will start going to this specific branch because the people there are friendly and will get you what you need!

I have been a Chase customer for more than 20 years. Over the years always wonderful service, at both Colorado Springs downtown and Monument branches. I had the same very negative experience with Lynette as others have reported, as I was setting up a new business account. I have not seen her at the Monument Branch recently. Hopefully she is no longer there.

Fortunately, the other staff members there are extremely professional, friendly, and competent. A special shout out to Abby, who is exceptional in every way.

Great atmosphere, clean, knowledgeable Barbers with a well rounded wealth of information.

And the haircuts are the best in the entire world.
