Jay was awesome. Arrived on time. Examined the situation to see what was necessary. Explained clearly what was needed. Did the work that was needed. Made it look really good. Thoroughly cleaned up after he was done. Excellent in every way.

Gavin and his colleague did a great job converting our fire table from propane to gas. My first call with Chelsea was great too who relayed my request internally and got back to me the next morning. Due to a cancellation in their schedule my job was taken care of that very afternoon. So all told it was a 24 hour turnaround time! I would highly recommend and Riddell will be our first call for all plumbing needs.

Excellent and prompt professional service! I have used Riddell on several occasions for various repairs and installs. They are always great. This time we had clogged double-kitchen sink drain. I tried the plunger and then some ZEP but both did not work. I called Riddell at 7am and they had a skilled technician to my house at 2:00 pm. I highly recommend Riddell!
