    If your looking to get some good basketball runs in when your not working out. There's a good group of hoopers Monday, Wednesday, and Friday around 9-9:30 am. Rest of the gym is clean and sometimes crowded but still enough equipment to get in a good workout

    Before I write my review I just wanna say don’t come here and be nasty by not wiping equipment down when you’re done with it. This isn’t where you live so don’t treat it like that

    Anyway, just had my first 1-1 session with Mike. His personal training is no joke; he really pushed me to my limits today but his words of encouragement kept me going when I was ready to give up. He’s a compassionate and well-educated trainer holding a bachelor’s degree in kinesthesiolopgy and exercise science. His love for his job and wanting to help other people really shines through his work.

    Aside from my session, the gym overall is fine. Staff is great. I think they’re really what makes the gym 👌 I would give this location 5 stars if the other amenities (sauna, pool, hot tub) were fixed. I’d also like to see more signs around telling people to wipe down equipment when they’re done, and more spray bottles/paper towels too. Also, I’m excited for the smoothie bar to open up soon.

    Michael C & Josephine J (personal trainers) have shown us love from day one! They’re both dedicated to helping anyone in the gym! They’re always there and always positive! The gym is welcoming, everyone has respect and there is always a machine or weights open! Me and my lady enjoy coming to this gym!
