Body Language is THE gym in Okc/Edmond. The ownership is dedicated to providing an environment that leads to results. From the equipment, the staff and the personal trainers, all are the very best. If you are willing to make the commitment, they will walk every step of your journey with you.

This is a great gym! While it's not a huge facility, it packs all the same equipment into a space that is much more convenient to navigate and you don't have to wait in line for equipment. The classes are incredible, especially the heavy bag boxing class. It's a great core workout and will burn the calories quickly! I'd recommend it for any age or body type.

Depending on what you are looking for, I doubt you will find a better gym anywhere! Great welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of equipment and free weights. Clean, clean, clean. Whether you are an experienced gym rat or new to working out, this place has everything you need. You can do a personal work out or with a trainer. The trainers are all amazing. Plenty of group classes too. Fight club, circuit training, and spin are 3 of my favorites. Oh, did I mention the saunas? Aahh! If you are looking for place to feel right at home while improving or maintaining your body...come check out this gym.

Great sense of community at this awesome gym! All of the instructors are great and push you to be your best! The facility is very clean and Haley (the owner) is always there to welcome you and ask how you are doing.

This is a family environment! The staff and clientele are welcoming, encouraging, and positive. The class selections are great. The instructors are empowering.
