Celsius Cryotherapy STL

Good service, love cryo, compression therapy, and sauna. It was much easier to do cryo than am ice bath.

We even got 2 friends “gift cards” and they enjoyed the health package!

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoy my 30 minutes in the sauna each week. It is something I look forward too.

At first I was skeptical that cryotherapy worked and then I was skeptical that it was something I wanted to do. I have always been very cold sensitive. But after reading Super Human, I wanted to give it a try. I'll have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised at both the experience and the results. I have RA and other immune disorders as well as chronic headaches. I have already gone in when my head hurt so bad that I was nauseated and walked out with a spring in my step and no headache. My overall body pain has decreased significantly and my skin is looking great. I also can't say enough about the benefits of the infrared spa for detoxing and healing.
As far as the staff, I can't give them enough praise. They are knowledgeable, personable, and do a superb job of keeping you preoccupied with conversation during your cryo session. They actually get to know you. I highly recommend giving this a try. You have nothing to lose and much to gain.

The staff at CelsiusCryo is great to work with! They are fun, energetic and most importantly keep the conversation going during the cryo session! Cryo has been helpful with osteoarthritis.
