I'd never had one before and didn't know what to expect, but he was constantly assessing where I was at physically and adjusting the exercises to strengthen weaknesses and heal old injuries. Constant little suggestions helped my body gain new muscle memory that I find myself using after my time in Princeton has ended. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I had always done weights and cardio exercise and thought I was making correct and efficient use of my time. Aron taught me different. He showed me how to "work smart, not hard" in order to gain not only aesthetic improvements but real-world strength. His years of expertise are evidenced by the simple way he describes correct form: in terms of human anatomy and efficiency of movement. From the very first assessment, he remained hyper-focused on the client, never leaving my side and tailoring every workout to my abilities and goals. Aron is a gentleman. He's always upbeat and encouraging, generous with his time, and ready to instruct and advise when you begin your workouts on your own. I wholeheartedly recommend him and thank him here for his professionalism and generosity.
