Valerie is amazing! She is Grade A in her field and is super knowledgeable
about every aspect of nutrition. Truly a godsend to any parent! My kids have more insight than average adults about food choices, added sugars, portions and reading labels, just to name a few.. Valerie instills knowledge to last a lifetime. Every appointment has us all feeling more confident then when we walked in.
