First of all I'd like to say the help there is outstanding anytime that I have a question for them they help me without any problem. Also with out this Medihill product I would not be allowed to do my daily shopping and know my wife is safe, this product gives you no worries the operator on the line when you hit the button knows what has to be done and does it fast. Thank You for this life saving Product..... Now I know when I am out for a short time my wife is SAFE!!!!
