Amazing physician and staff. Super friendly.

Have been going to Dr. Vicena for 12 years. He has always treated me with respect. He listens to what you have to say and he comes up with a treatment plan tailored for the individual. Very courteous!!! An outstanding doctor!!

Dr. Vicena was the only one who fixed my issue. And he is incredibly nice. He put a stimulator in. When I got MRSA from a portacath placement, it attacked my stim (completely unrelated), his associate was the one on call. He told me to go to the ER.
I checked into SFH tulsa and he called me on his cell to say he already had a bed for me and was looking for me in the ER, asked where I was. (And he took it out the next a.m. at 630, first surgery!) They don't play around. I didn't have to wait for hours in the ER or til Monday. He met me there and was waiting in the ER to directly admit me.
It was 6pm friday evening. They really take awesome care of their patients. They take everything seriously. We had tried every other thing to fix my problem. Vicena figured it out and now no leaking despite spinal cord damage from 7 years ago.
Their staff is compassionate and knowledgeable and the docs work together even if you aren't their specific patient. The on call docs treat you like they have been the one treating you from day one. I was septic and they jumped into action. They communicate together and know every patient's details in emergencies. You can't ask for a better team. You don't get brushed off or treated like they have no clue what is going on because they are just on call. Very intelligent and up to date on latest medical treatments. I have referred them to many people.

Dr. Vicena is a gifted and compassionate physician. His staff is attentive and thorough. There's rarely any waiting time. He has provided exemplary care for my husband for years. Can't say enough.
