While visiting Phoenix, my baby and I attended Sunday Liturgy here. Right when we walked in, I was hit with the realization that this is a strong, close community, deeply focused on Our Lord (also, I was excited to see so many babies and young children). The Liturgy was beautiful (I am Roman Catholic, this was my first time attending a Melkite Liturgy) and everyone was incredibly welcoming, inviting me to the post-Liturgy coffee time, holding my baby so I could get food, making sure I had a place to sit and everything I needed. I am so grateful that we got to visit, and I highly recommend it!
