We have used Ridgeway for 15 years for a variety of plumbing (plumbing for new house addition, replacement of water service line, replacement of decaying cast iron sewer line, shower repair, etc...) and have always been extremely pleased with their responsiveness, their professionalism, and the quality of their work and their fair prices.
I never use anyone else.

I was super impressed by the team from Ridgeway plumbing, from scheduling to completing service on time. 100% !!! Salvador and Keith were great to work with and Melanie did an awesome job coordinating it all.

Over the phone, Alan guided me through replacing a kitchen faucet handle. Stayed with me all the way with much patience. No charge! His act of kindness and generosity made my day.

They were very prompt in getting back to me, reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them. Matter of fact shortly after they left I had reached out about getting some other things taken care of. Definitely the first I will be calling whenever I have an issue!!!! 🙂

Finally.I have a great plumber I can trust. Ridgeway replaced my cast iron pipes in January at the best price and just came to repair a toilet at my rental house. The renter said “ Bryan was “fantastic….prompt, thorough, fast, courteous and wore a mask” plus you can reach Melanie IN PERSON for scheduling. I will be recommending them to everyone. Use Ridgeway they’re RELIABLE!
