I ship a bunch & the lovely ladies at this P.O. are never short of spectacular.

I was reminded this today because I had to deal with another P.O. where the employees were not so helpful.

So, I wanted to leave a review & say Thank You!

Had a great experience going here. Went in for an eye exam and new glasses. Everyone was very nice and super helpful with every step. They answered all questions we had and were very kind and friendly when doing so. Never seemed annoyed by all the questions. Were very knowledgeable about the insurance and what it covered, had the answers very quickly. Super helpful with selecting frames that looked good and worked with our prescriptions, which in the past other places haven't mentioned how some glasses work better with certain prescriptions so that was great. Everyone we interacted with was so great! We still have to go back and get our glasses but I'm sure that will be nice experience as well, from how we were treated every step of the way and how we saw others treated while we were there. Very knowledgeable, nice, helpful, and patient. In the past I have just hopped from whatever eye care/eye glass was closest and covered under insurance. I am definitely going back here and would even travel farther if I moved to come back here.

Dr. Penn and staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Penn took a lot of time with me. He explained every test in detail. I was empressed with his professionalism and caring spirit.

This is one of the best run post offices I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Always fast, always thorough, and always friendly. The staff knows everyone by name and is always quick with a smile. I love the GloPo P.O.!

The staff is ALWAYS on their game- knowledgeable, efficient, congenial,
courteous, and an excellent team. I go across the Coleman bridge to the post office because THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Due to the high volume of deliveries and similarities in address my package was delivered. to the wrong address. I called the post office after seeing online the package had been delivered and not finding it in my mailbox. Not only did the representative at the office check immediately with the carrier but the carrier remembered the package and where she left it. She returned to the address, located the package, and dropped it at my door. All of this in less than 30 minutes. I also received a follow up call and apology for the inconvenience.
