Prior to meeting Cristina I was struggling to manage my anxiety.It was affecting many areas of my life- home, work and relationships with friends. After years of struggling I reached my breaking point and made the decision to seek help. I had a few challenges with others providers and I became discouraged for some time. Eventually I found Psychiatric Holistic Health and feel so thankful that I did. The staff, from the office manager to the providers deserve special praise. Cristina is knowledgeable, straightforward, yet takes the time to do a lot of education with you. She truly listens to your concerns and is empathetic- qualities you don't necessarily find in all providers. I have finally found the treatment that works for me. It has been life changing.

I am so grateful I found this practice! The practitioners are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I sought support as a result of the pandemic, and I was so happy and relieved that they are offering telepsychiatry appointments. I was in a really challenging situation and felt defeated and depressed . Cristina has been an expert in managing my medications, and has made positive changes for myself that has changed my life that no one has been able to do before , but she also does so in such a warm, and caring manner. I can tell that she really listens to me, and truly cares about my health and my well-being. The suggestions she has given me has improved my whole life and my outlook and I am full of hope again. The office is so organized, as the office manager is always available to help me with securing appointments and does so with such kindness. I cannot say enough great things about this practice! Great staff who truly cares about me and my family. During the pandemic, I thought it would be years until I was able to talk to Cristina again, but thankfully she has been working through telehealth which has allowed me to continue my counseling, but also save on my lengthy commute. I'm very fortunate to still be under the direction of Cristina.
