Light Bulbs & More

It is not often that an errand to try to get something repaired is an actual pleasure - but this was! I brought in my prized alabaster lamp whose homemade 1960s pull chain finally died to get rewired; the fellows in the store took a look, commanded me to wait and fixed it in less than 20 minutes while I waited, watched the other interesting customers have their specialized questions and queries answered one by one. For about $35, it was like a throwback moment of how household errands *could* feel like a social, sustaining part of one's day instead of an inhuman grind. I know this is really over the top, but it actually was a nice little blip in my day, and I got my favorite possession back and better than ever!

These guys are incredibly passionate about at least two things: solving complicated issues related to lighting and exceptional customer service. I brought in a piece of track lighting that needed to be repaired (which no where else would help me with), and Sam spent 20+ minutes working on it (at no charge) to get it working again.
I highly recommend LBM for any light bulb & fixture needs/repairs, there aren't many places out there as eager to help and find solutions as these guys are.

Excellent place to go for help with electronic things...I was there for a new bulb for my Ott Light. My problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Also no price gouging!! SAM who helped me was fabulous....and the other guys that work there are also top notch!! I got great service!!!!

Refreshing to experience some absolutely amazing service. I brought my most prized Artimede lamp in for repair(Artimede themselves recommended), the staff behind the counter were professional and courteous to a fault. Sam, however was the star of the show. His expertise is unmatched! It's hard to find this level of customer service, thank you.
