Not just a workout, but a total wellness experience, including nutrition and more. Worth every penny, and I can't WAIT to go back!

Nia is my personal trainer at Wellness Corporation and I love everything about the program. Weight isn’t just going to fall off, and muscles aren’t just going to appear. You do have to put in work, but the team is here to assist you every step of the way. This is awesome because it gives you a sense of accountability. They give you a specialized meal plan for whatever your goal is and check up frequently to see how your adjusting to the new change. The workouts I believe are specialized as well, and they are amazing. The results speak for themselves! Definitely recommend coming here if you are thinking about it.

Extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and results-oriented organization. I was able to cut 32 lbs from July 2020-October 2020 under the guidance of Wellness Corp, and am now training for the next epic hike. Big gains!
