Training for Warriors East Metro

I have been training with Brian Waldo for some years for various slots of time. However now I am back 100%. Last week was my first time at the new facility. I needed to call because I took a wrong turn. Today was my second time there and I found the building with no trouble. The dojo is clean and well arranged. This may be a strange suggestion but there needs to be more cars in the parking area. Last week there was only one slot filled that I could see from Inwood. Today there were a few more. Maybe could staff park in a more visible slot to let passers by know that there is a live and well business?

A great workout in a fun environment. This will definitely make a difference in my overall health. The coach and the other members were welcoming and fun.

TFW has changed the way I train. I am excited to go to class, excited to hear about different ways to take better care of myself both physically and mentally, excited to see what the new 30 day challenge will be and most of all excited to see the coaches and friends I've made there. They've got state of the art equipment and ways to measure not only fat & weight loss, but muscle gains as well!

I just went through my first week of classes and I am loving it. I signed up for a gym membership a year ago but had zero accountability. Here I sign up for a class and actually go. Every day is something different which is nice since another reason I wasn’t going to the gym is I had no idea what I was doing. I couldn’t be happier that I pull trigger and picked TFW. Thanks to all the coaches that have been nothing but supportive.

They are vary friendly and easy to work with for someone like me who is a bigger person who never thought would be in a gym working out 3 days a week i love it. Its like a family they support each other and make one fell good about there self.
