Dr. Polite and her team took great care of me today. I called over the weekend because my temporary crown came out and they got me in right away. I appreciate their prompt response, professional service and their use of COVID-19 mitigation strategies.

The staff in this place is the very best. Everyone has their own brain and are allowed to use them. I scheduled an appointment then needed to change it due to allergies causing sore throat and coughing. The staff changed the appointment and even called me the day before Thanksgiving to check and make sure I was okay. Talk about actually caring about your clients!
Actual appointment was one of the best dentist appointments I have ever had and I'm 70 years old. That includes a lot of dentist appointments.

The entire experience was wonderful since I have not been to a dentist in years. The family staff were very professional and showed that family staff relationship toward each other. The Leadership shared that professional warmth so it spilled out over to the staff. I felted a part of the family and that made me relaxed and felt that I was going to be taken care of. They are on point with their chair side manners. To GOD be the GLORY for the community establishment. MY MOUTH FEELS GOOD!!!!!!!
