It’s that time of year when all the big annual bills come due at once for me. Including all the insurance premiums. This can make me a little bit if a cranky customer and very demanding but I always get top notch service. Every time I call I get the same pleasant, prompt response and can recommend the professionals at Aitken & Ormond. I have learned to trust that they are looking out for my best interest. Pat.

This is a great agency!! They reach out to me periodically and ask how I'm doing and what not. Very great staff and willing to accommodate/work with you to find insurance plans that fit one's needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Kelly and her team have been very helpful in meeting our insurance needs. Providing help with our Auto quotes and navigating recent law changes. We've had a recent HO claim and Kelly has been thorough with making sure we are getting all benefits we are paying for. More importantly, Kelly follows up. Seems to be a lost art these days. Highly recommend!
