I was the CRA officer for a bank for almost a decade, and I know how to read customer service and consumer focus very well. I’ve received decent customer service here for the two years I’ve been a member of this community, but that has changed. The personal, customer focused feel from Kellie was phenomenal. I have been a member of Chase Bank since my military discharge in 2003. I have to say, this branch, by far, is my favorite to visit and interact with. The members are so friendly and welcoming, especially during these trying and challenging times. They always take time to explain and offer assistance, no matter the need. It is really nice to visit a place which treats you like family and not just a customer requiring service. I wish each of them many blessings and look forward to years of continued kindness and friendship.
