I have had the pleasure of working with Joy for over a year. Our sessions transformed my life in the most positive way. When I leave I’m filled with hope, feel lighter and in a great mood. I’ve witnessed incredible changes mentally and physically. I am more focused, joyful, disciplined and intentional in every area. My house is consistently cleaner, I’m more patient with my children, and my relationship with my husband has improved greatly. One of our sessions, 6 months ago, I brought up how I was having difficulties losing postpartum baby weight, since then I’ve lost 20lbs with ease. Every session is unique. I have known Dr. Vanderbeck since the late 1980s and been a client several times since then. She is very competent and honorable with her therapy. She uses hypnotherapy, guided imagery, well known psychological methods effectively. She was kind, honest, and very helpful for me. I got relief from subconscious beliefs that kept me stuck in self-defeating patterns. Her fees are in line with the psychologists and therapists in that area.
