Chick-fil-A

We love all of the Chik-Fil-A locations in Lubbock, but for some reason we end up at this one more often. Always great service and great, hot, fresh food. My only disappointment tonight is that several employees were only partially masked (not over the nose) during the highest pandemic numbers we've ever seen. I know everyone is tired of masking, but if you're going to do it, make it worthwhile. They might as well have not had them on. Anyway, that's more of an observation than a complaint. We enjoyed our dinner!

Smiles with service here! Dining room is clean. My favorite CFA! The staff is attentive to customers needs. While dining it's so nice to have them check up on you and make sure you have all you need.

Since they’ve opened, I’ve always had fast service, correct orders, and best of all super friendly service. I love the crew at this location! The cherry on the cake is the girl at the window giving my two kiddos tootsie roll pops the day before Halloween and making their entire day. What a nice touch!
