MK Dynamic Performance

Like all of us, I have been incredibly busy especially since Covid started. As an entrepreneur and a father of a 4-year-old my time is very limited to go to a gym and exercise even when the gyms are open. Working out is very important to me and always has been so I needed to find a solution to be able to workout without leaving my house. That’s when I reached out to MK Dynamic Performance. Marcel provides me with great virtual workouts that are challenging but also very functional. I have limited equipment but it never seems an issue for Marcel to challenge my body. I have become stronger and more functional since training with him. I highly recommend training with Marcel!

Even before COVID-19, I generally disliked going to the gym to work out - it's time consuming and it's crowded. So finding Marcel and training with him virtually with is perfect for me. I can stay at home and get the same benefit without the hassle of driving to a crowded gym.

When I started with Marcel I had some knee pain and he tailored the workouts to help strengthen my knee without aggravating it. His background in manual therapy came in pretty handy when he did his full body assessment to see where my body was compensating.

I like that the exercises he provides are functional and engaging. I don't need much equipment to get a good session in. I'm very happy to have him as trainer. I needed someone knowledgeable to help me meet my overall strength goals without leaving my house to get a workout in. I highly recommend Marcel!

Marcel has been the perfect trainer for me. I have very mild cerebral palsy. My muscles one my right side are slightly underdeveloped because of the CP. Marcel modifies exercises to accommodate my CP and helps me to build strength in these underdeveloped areas. Over the past 6 months I have gone from a size 14 to a size 6. He is unlike any other trainer that I've ever had in his thorough understanding of the body. In addition to seeing him as a trainer I have also been seeing him for Rolfing. I have seen and felt significant changes in how my body functions and feels. I highly recommend Marcel to anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness levels.
