Pro Smart Movers - Los Angeles

The movers who came to pick up our items were very professional and nice. they were very careful with all are items. The only negative so far is that the truck has been loaded, ready to go for 2 weeks and has not left the warehouse for delivery...times of the pandemic with getting drivers. Im hoping it will be on its way SOON!!!!!

I had a really great experience with my pick up and delivery. Both drivers were very responsive. Eddie and his team at delivery were great ! He called me a day before to physically come to my property to make sure his truck can fit and the next day he was here to quickly deliver my furniture. I would really recommend this business and will use them if I ever do another long distance move!

Excellent movers! We had 4 movers come to help us move to our new home. They were efficient, friendly, and wrapped EVERYTHING. They didn't complain about the odds and ends that were left to package. They moved our piano carefully and safely as well. My items were transported in excellent condition. I received my estimate quickly, and the actual price was slightly higher as it took one hour longer than estimated. Thanks John for an excellent service.

We used Pro Smart Movers for our second move because we had such a great experience the first time! They arrived promptly at 11 am. They were swift and efficient in transferring all our pre-packed boxes. They were skilled in moving all our oversized items, including artwork, king-sized bed, and dining set. Additionally, everything was shrink-wrapped for maximum protection. They were smart, efficient and professional to deal with. Highly recommended crew!

All your staff has been professional, respectful and never stopped working from the moment they started to work till it was time to move on to the next storage. They worked hard, explained all that no one else did, Johnathan was very explicit about the move. Big thank you to him and all the hard working staff that showed up for the move!
