Clean, affordable, Super great , helpful employees. I think five different employees asked how they could help me or if I needed help finding anything what a difference from going from to here to other stores will definitely return

Stores are usually fully stocked and tidy. They have friendly, knowledgeable, ready and willing to help staff. I find they're a bit pricier than they're competitors but they have a more convenient, customer friendly return policy. Unlike Home Depot who foolishly doesn't have the respectful sense not to use a despicable service like "The Retail Equation" to intercede with their returns policy and harass unsuspecting costumers for a simple, often times much needed item return. Just for this reason is enough to pick them over other hardware type home improvement stores.

Hannah was TERRIFIC! She helped us get our riding mower loaded & even gave me a drink, when my sugar crashed! They need more employees like this. She was friendly & helpful the whole time.
