This School is a wonderful place to learn three disciplines in martial arts. If you are in need of a challenge. First challenge is walking through the door. Second is to challenge yourself to make a change. Drop by for a few kicks.

I started Muay Thai a few years ago, coming from no fighting experience I have built all of my knowledge of fighting off of both of all three off the instructors: Jay, Jesse, and Alejandro. It is a great way to just stay in shape no matter what experience you have on fighting. Highly recommend.

I am a total beginner in martial arts, and was looking to find a nonjudgmental gym to begin in that would also teach me legitimate self defense and fighting skills. I was a little nervous to go at first, but that soon went away as I saw how friendly, knowledgeable, and fun the instructors were. They also teach all different kinds of people, men and women, young and old, beginner to advanced, and cater the class to your experience level while also pushing you. They are also really good at teaching the flow of the martial art and teaching you to become intuitive in your movements. I am so glad I found this gym!

This is a great place to learn martial arts. Excellent instruction in a focused and well disciplined environment. There is a wide array of students with various goals all training together. Everyone pretty much knows each other and are welcoming. Highly recommended.
