Hurlburt is always great. In a 6 month span we needed a new furnace and AC unit. Both times I called and they got someone out the same day and were able to replace both units immediately. Not sure if they’re a family business, but they really seem to have the family approach and take care of you like you’re their family. Can’t recommend them enough!

Mike did a great job in assisting me. He went above and beyond to diagnose and offer solutions to a unique issue I was having with my heat. I really appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that my boiler is working optimally!

The company was amazing from start to finish. The initial call was pleasant and helpful especially at 5:00 on a Friday. There was a person on the other end even at 8:00 when I ordered the service. Got a call on Sunday to verify information and collect pictures so techs could have everything they needed. And the installers were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy! Experience was great from the first moment of the initial phone call to the end of the service. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Shawn arrived on time and was respectful of my space and kept the area clean. He also provided me with "homework" as he called it to keep my drains running smoothly. Highly recommended. Will use in the future!
