I have been a patient for about 6 to 7 years of DR.WARREN always knew that I would be taken care of.But this is my first time of ever writing it because some times it takes a special person by going the extra mile on keeping a patient from going to change doctors because of not being able to get my medicine refilled because of promises by other people not only from the doctors office but by the drugstore to.But I want to know when I was about to give up and was on the line with a very rude person at drug store and saidvwait a minute here was my doctors office still going extra mile and really going to keep her word on getting back to me and help me stay,out of pain this eveming thank the person from the Clinical Call Center her name is "Shanalo " and Dr.Warren for his help always and this is why I wrote this and gave the company a 5 stars .Thanks again to SHANALO for going the extra mile again.Rosemary Carson.
