(June 5, 2011, 9:27 am)This is the first motorcycle shop I've found where the staff doesn't look down its collective nose at my 49cc scooter. The service manager, Manuel, treated it like it was his own, and went through everything to make sure it was running right, finding several critical (and inexpensive) things to repair along the way. The owner, Tim, is the same way. He did a custom rebuild of my seat to finally make it comfortable for long hauls. I rode away with a bike that ran better, and felt more comfortable, than it ever did, and at a very reasonable price! These guys are absolutely great! They realize that it's not about the bike; it's about the customer. As Tim says, they like anything that you can sit on that makes noise. And, no, I did not know these guys before I walked in early this week. But I certainly wish I had!!
