Had a few issues with my MacBook charging and they were able to take a look and find a solution within 20 minutes of me walking in. Definitely visit them if you have any problems as I've never had a bad experience.

(November 30, 2021, 3:15 pm)This review was a hard pill to swallow, I wanted to leave a -1 star and protest the building before coming in and speaking with the manager who clearly cared more about my situation than I realized needed cared for. I had a very bad experience with apple and a warranty that never got used, along with a phone/ shipping/ and communication problem. Throughout the entire experience, the general manager ( blonde gentleman) took amazing care of me, let me get my piece of frustration out, and did the best he could for me. In a world full of people like me, there needs to be more people like the general manager at Mac, media. Thank you for everything you’ve done, I wish this review was as sincere as the apology you deserve. Thank you for being an exceptional influence to your company, and thank you for making even the angriest customer a returning regular.
