I have known Monique Howard for over 2 years. She is a caring and
compassionate care giver and provider for elderly adults. Monique is a
responsible, reliable and professional individual who knows
exactly what her job duties entail. She is skilled in knowing
who her clients are as people and anticipates their needs and
concerns.
Monique provided excellent care for my Mother during the last
2 years of her life. My Mom went from a mobile individual to
someone who required constant care. Monique adapted to all
her health changes and came up with innovative techniques to
accommodate all her challenges. Monique took it upon herself
to know what my Mom liked and cared about and provided her
with those things on a daily basis.
If I ever had the need to provide a family member with a
caregiver I would absolutely employ Monique again.
