Tatia is amazing. She has an inviting and calm energy that allows you to feel safe and at ease. Her office is nicely decorated and the temperature is always just right...and no.. there is no funky business when you're being hypnotized. Hypnotism is basically a guided mediation that can help you rewire your subconscious. We all have imprinted programs from youth and adulthood that do not serve us, so think of hypnotism like upgrading your outdated 2007 Microsoft Word to the latest edition. It's a much needed software update that you can stop at any time. Being in the mental health profession myself, I was curious to see how hypnotherapy works and decided to try it with Tatia.
