(January 28, 2021, 5:35 pm)Came in late afternoon when my hearing aid stopped working.. No waiting. Provider cleaned and checked hearing aid, and determined that it needed to be sent for repair. Patient service coordinator packed up the hearing aid and said she would personally drop it off at UPS first thing in the morning. Can't ask for anything more than that.
