Good hot breakfast. Great staff interactions. Clean rooms that seem well-maintained.
From the exterior, this looks like a former motel that Hilton acquired and converted to a Hampton Inn. However, on the inside you would never know. All the appointments and furnishings are clearly Hampton and the bedding and pillows are signature Hilton. We only stayed one night after a fun-packed day at Snowcat Ridge just 20 minutes south of this property but we would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

So, this Hampton Inn is a little older. A little dated. But it is clean and comfortable. The room was fine. No issues, but not great.

The reason I gave it 5 stars is one name: Chris. Or Kris? Crystal? I don't know how she spells her name. But, here's the deal:

I am a long haul trucker. I rolled in here at 10:30pm with all the restaurants closed and nothing within ordering distance from food delivery apps. I can't drive anywhere for food because as a Trucker, once you're parked, you're parked for 10 hours by law. Normally I have food in the truck with me, but today was an exception.

When I asked her if there was anything available from the hotel breakfast that maybe I could grab even though its not breakfast time; like a yogurt or something, she said, "Give me 8 minutes and I'll see what I can do."

When I came down from my room she had put together a salad, meatball sandwiches, yogurts, and bread with peanut butter and jelly. I could not believe it. It was a small feast! She said these were all items from breakfast or the evening snack the hotel offers.

THIS IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chris could have easily said, "No there's nothing I can do ". But she took the time to make a guest happy and able to have a meal when nothing was available.

To me, that's Christian kindness. I will stay at this Hampton Inn every time I come through here from now on.....all because of her.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. We had a large group of family staying at the hotel to attend our grandfather's funeral. It was so nice that we could reconnect and enjoy our time together sitting in the lobby.

It was up to my expectations. Service was quick and friendly, the breakfast was up to industry standards for sure, good selection. The hallway carpet was a little old but it was all right. The rooms were in good order and everything worked, spacious and no compliance. No excessive noise from elevators or ice machines or highways and airports. So I was able to get a good night's sleep. Parking was reasonable and fairly well lit. It has decent access to a few restaurants just down the road and the highway.

We stayed here on our way back to home from the Hurrican Ian evacuation. This hotel is so nice. The outside and corridors a little dated but the rooms are high tech, clean, very modern! Pet friendly as well! Only stayed here for one night but it was perfect.

Chris from the pharmacy was very helpful. He held good customer service despite be berated by unruly patrons. I really commend his temperament and efforts! Thank you!
