Unicus Athletics & Crossfit Argyle

I am completing my 6th week at Unicus and I'm absolutely loving it. I've never done CrossFit and the owners and coaches have been very accommodating with scaling my workouts to better suit my needs. I can honestly say that CrossFit has changed my life in just 6 weeks. I've dropped 15 lbs and I continue to get stronger every week.

I said I'd NEVER do CrossFit but here I am. You definitely need to give it a shot!

UNICUS Athletics is not just a CrossFit gym. It’s a culture and a family. The coaches are amazing providing one on one instruction to all the members from novice to the most advanced. They push you when you need it most and teach technique to ensure the best envy for the least amount of injuries.

It’s a family friendly environment, and One of the best line items I can speak to is how the kiddos see adults persevere and they are learning life skills and lessons first hand from the people they look up to most.

First Crossfit Box I joined. great place to workout. Great programming. Great Equipment. Most important off all great people aka community. People here are nothing lesser if not greater than what i consider my family here. Braden/Jackie know their stuff. Great workouts and the other members are an awesome set of people who keep this place LIT. I miss you guys. The reason I had to quit working out here is because Braden Kicked me out JK (just kidding) my job moved me up beyond the mountains. I still go back to visit my peeps. Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome and one of a kind.

CrossFit Argyle is the most welcoming gym I have ever been a part of. I cannot say enough about the direct training and education that the owners and coaches provide daily. CrossFit is for everyone, from kids to grandparents, the coaches tailor each day to your individual abilities and goals. If you're looking to improve your physical quality of life in a motivational, community focused, and energized place then CrossFit Argyle is for you!

I really appreciate the way the coaches adjust the workout to fit my age and ability. Senior citizens CAN do crossfit when you have the right team working with you. It's a very friendly atmosphere where you can work at your own comfort level yet if you want to push yourself, they are there to see that it's done right and most importantly, safely. Great group!
