I’ve had my go at counseling and decided it wasn’t for me. I’d always find myself nervous for some reason, then just rambling on and talking most of the session because I’ve never been one who is secure in even a moment of awkward silence. I’d leave thinking I could have saved my money by just talking out loud to myself for an hour because that’s about as much progress I’d ever feel I got.
Im glad I decided to give it one last go.
