My husband and I were searching for a granite countertop as part of our kitchen renovations. We saw ASE on our way home from another store and decided to stop. It was definitely the right decision. We were warmly greeted immediately by Lisbet, who proceeded to ask and LISTEN to what we were looking for. We were installing a new kitchen island and wanted to make sure it went well with our existing cabinets. Lisbet showed us samples and ideas without being overly aggressive. She was very patient and provided answers to our questions in a truly thorough and professional manner. After speaking with her, we knew everything we needed to know in order to proceed with our renovations. Every step of the process, from purchasing to installation was expertly and professionally managed by Lisbet, Vilma and the other staff and technicians. We are thankful for the excellent customer service provided by ASE.
