These people have amazing customer service! I got a call from them about my freight arriving and the lady I spoke with was SUPER nice and made me feel like I could ask every question on my mind! I arrived and didn't know where to park so I asked a gentleman who looked rather gruff but he ended up being just as nice as the lady over the phone and directed me on what I need to do! Upon entering to sign the paperwork for my freight, the lady I worked with was amazing and was super efficient in telling me where I need my vehicle and how the freight was gonna be loaded into my truck bed. The guy who brought my freight out assisted my in loading it into the truck and made sure I was good to go before heading back in. I really hope I get to work with YRC again. I love them. So hard to find such good customer service from all people you interact with at a single company. YRC nailed it.
