Came in right when it opened with a mission of getting a car and Eloy made it happen. Given my circumstances he accommodated me with a beautiful vehicle and got me out in less than an hour and a half. Super pleased with the service from every point of contact. Great environment.

It was a nice experience visiting the show room. They have many car models. Unfortunately my budget was $10K, so I couldn't find the car in my budget. The sales officer explained everything to me, she was very friendly. Also they gave me an idea about the loan amount and installment, all these suggestions made me happy and it helped to go ahead further. Thanks a lot Car Max Team.

I'd probably give it 4.5 stars if I could. Only a couple of minor things were off.

Our salesperson was great. No pressure. But it did take a while to figure out how Android Auto connected. At least eventually we did. I'm also not sure why he can't go on test drives? This "policy" really doesn't make sense. "Covid" was the reason. Um... isn't that why we wear masks? And the mileage range on the battery isn't getting anywhere close to the 53 estimate. But that's fine as long as I keep recharging.

Overall a very good experience compared to most car dealers. I will most likely be buying future vehicles from them.

I returned a previously purchased Lexus that didn't have features I wanted and purchased one that had them. The vehicle was in a different location within Southern California and CarMax shipped it to the location where I purchased the first one, and the transaction was straight forward. I really like the option of returning the car within 30-days of purchase. The staff were very courteous.
