Easiest furniture shopping experience! Sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable. Her advice and suggestions made the decision to buy so easy. Showroom was excellent with lots of things to look at and test out. Can’t say enough good things about this store.

Beautiful place! Staff is extremely nice and very informative. They don't earn commission so there's no feeling of being pushed to purchase anything. Love the Lovesac! Definitely recommend.

Joy was fantastic. From setting up our appointment to letting us know what steps Lovesac takes to ensure our safety during our visit to the Greenwich location.

She was very knowledgeable and met our every need and answered all of our questions.

She even went over all of our purchasing options and the unlikely event that if we didn’t like the product 100% what we could do.

Joy was a fantastic sales rep and if your interested in Lovesac you can do no better than her.
