We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, great hot shower in the morning, and delicious breakfast items to choose from. We'll definitely be staying here again when passing through the area!

Tim was the technician that came to our home today. My child was very interested in what he was doing. Tim was patient and engaging with them and never made them feel like a nuisance. He was professional and personable during our entire interaction. He did a great job at explaining to me what is causing the issues and what the next steps would be. I am grateful my home warranty sent Home Performance Group to my home.

Eric was truly exceptional. He was courteous, professional and explained the aspects of the garage door repair and took the extra time to make sure it worked to my satisfaction once he was done. He made an additional adjustment to make it easier for me to operate and walked through the operation. He had the repair done quickly and it has worked great ever since. Thank you!

George stopped by today to take a look at our hot tub. He is always so friendly and polite. He works quickly and takes the time to explain what is going on. This is the second time he has helped up fix something in our home. We are always glad to see him as we know the job will get done right!

My dishwasher breaks frequently and George took great care of us. He tried a couple time to replace different parts and when those didn’t work he helped me get a new dishwasher through my warranty company. He was always kind and professional and was on time. Elizabeth in the office was also a huge help as the go between with myself and the warranty company. I appreciate their help in making this process a little easier!

Mike was sent to take care of an electrical issue I had. He was super nice, professional and made me feel like my concerns and business mattered! He addressed the issues I had and put my mind at ease with his knowledge. I would recommend him anytime and hope if I have issues in the future, he is the technician I get! Great job, thank you!

Placed a service call for my garage door opener. Sensors were not getting any power to them. Eric (technician) came to my house promptly, after they text me and said he is on his way. He was courteous and knowledgeable and he tracked down the issue and fixed it fairly quickly. Great service!
