At the writing of this review, I have been working with Maddie for about a year. I came to her because of cycle-related symptoms including constipation and migraines, irregular and long cycles, and frequent illness. Between symptoms and hormone testing, Maddie was able to help me uncover some insidious issues going on including adrenal fatigue, high cortisol levels, and estrogen dominance. Through herbal therapies and lifestyle changes, I'm happy to report that we have reversed most of these initial issues and I feel more energetic and vibrant than I have since before I had kids. A recent hormone test supports the amazing results I'm feeling with actual data and I couldn't be more pleased. We've now uncovered some secondary issues that were masked by those first, big ones, and I'm so happy to be making progress towards my best physical life, not just in the present, but also for the future.
