I chose John based on the other reviews that I read. Therefore, I made sure that I returned to also write a review to help the next parent who is in a panic, and don’t know what to do. John is the most professional and responsive attorney I’ve ever hired.

My situation was extremely time sensitive and he, along with the assistance of his partner burned the midnight oil to prepare my brief in order to be able to submit my request for an emergency hearing. Now I will say, he is not the warm and fuzzy type that is going to nurture you, hold your hand or wipe tears lol. HOWEVER, he is focused like a laser when you are explaining your situation and he is brainstorming ways on how to approach it.

If you want results from an attorney with experience to help you fight, this is your guy. He will tell you the plan, and the reason why that’s the plan. He responds to emails and will never leave you in the dark. In the end, he literally managed to get me exactly what I wanted as far as the custody arrangement. The judge even seemed to respect him. She outright stated that I have a very good attorney. I agree.

John is unquestionably the most prepared attorney I've ever met. His attention to detail and knowledge of the law is outstanding. Even when we had a disagreement about the handling of the case he took to the time to hear my side and have reasonable conversation about what strategy we should take. He also took the time to get to know me and used what he learned to frame the case. Hopefully I don't have a reason to use his services again but I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a family law attorney.

If you are going through a divorce, then John Danielski is your man and don’t think of someone else. I went through a divorce, settlement and custody ...etc. First of all, he got me my house, after a year or so he got me almost full parenting time with my three kids and then moved my kids to a better schools near where I live. As far of child support it’s still pending. Mrs. Danielski is pretty knowledgeable, professional, honest, fair, responsive, good reputation at court and on the top he’s friendly. If you want someone who can get the job done, this is the man you want to see. He knows the ins and outs of everything and always has the best advice. He won my case, but more than that - he was there for me every step of the way. I never felt like I didn’t understand what was going on. Mr Danielski and his staff are very quick and responsive with any questions and needs. Before the judge read the decision, I knew Mr Danielski and I had done everything to the best of our ability. He is worth every single penny!

Before I write this, I just want to say, if you're looking for an attorney who can get the job done and get results, this is the person you should come to.
Before starting this journey in February 2020, I was lost, confused, and terrified of the justice system especially because I feel as though Michigan is biased towards woman when it comes to children, especially since I'm an African American male I just knew I was done.

At the time, I had no parenting time with my daughter at all. I hired an attorney before John, and it only seemed to make my case worse. I won't say his name, but it really wasn't worth his salt and I knew I needed a change in order to have a voice. A few months later, I found John. After reading his reviews, and other attorney's reviews at that time, I thought it might have been too good to be true. Nearly every review that I read didn't seem real at all with him have 5 gold stars for nearly all of them except a couple of people who he either could not help because of conflicts, or from someone he wasn't representing.

I gave John a call and immediately wanted to meet with him, as I felt my situation was dire and had hit a turning point with the other attorney that I had hired. John was extremely fair, straight to the point, no nonsense, and a fire lit within him that I didn't see coming from the other attorney's I had spoken to. Within the first hearing, my time went from 0 time with my daughter, to at least 2 days a week. A month or so later it went from 2 to 3 days a week. Finally, after all was said and done and things had settled, I now have 50/50 custody of my child, which is what I was asking for all along! Thanks to John and his teams efforts, they were able to get me exactly what I was looking for. This process took longer because of Covid-19, but it was well worth the wait.

His prices are extremely good compared to other attorney's that I reached out to, and considering the results and his dedication to me during my case, if I had to pay ten times over I would!

I am not a rich man. I work just like every other average American, but if you're serious about your situation, don't give it a second thought. Call John and retain him immediately!

I know this was long, but I have one last thing to say. If you really want this to go smoothly, you have to be a product of your own success. Listen to his advice, give him the information when he asks for it and when he asks for it, and give him the proper time to work on your case. Also, if you have a question or need some assistance, please be patient. He will be aware that this is a stressful and often depressing situation. Give him the time to respond to you and allow him to do what you're hiring to do. It's not his first time doing this and he does have your best interest in mind, as it was clearly evident to me during my cases conclusion that just ended in October. A house is not built in a day, and considering his stellar results, you'll be in good hands once he lays down the foundation for you.
