Jurupa Valley's best kept secret for 30 minute bootcamp/HIIT style workouts. They even have Zumba and Strong Nation classes a few times/week. Workouts change daily, are challenging and I guarantee you will sweat like you have never before. Super supportive coaching staff and small class size which allows for individual instruction as needed.

Best place for your workouts. I have learned so much from the trainers and other members. They have great personal trainers who encourage you to push and reach for your fitness goals. They also train you for Spartan racers also know as Obstacle Course Racing. We do the races as a group so it’s even more fun.

I have been coming here for about 3 weeks now and I really enjoy it. There are numerous exercises daily so that you never get bored. The coaches are very motivating and get you to push yourself and help you achieve your goals. I also love the fact that there are various class times beginning as early as 5:30am to as late as 7:00pm and classes are only about 30 minutes long but are definitely intense. I would highly recommend this location to anyone specially those like myself that struggle with sticking to any workouts for more than a week. These classes are truly fun for every fitness level.
