Detailed and determined to remedy the plumbing problem. Responded within minutes and arrived just as quickly, preventing some very possible and major water damage. So thankful for his work. I'm recommending Hynes Plumbing to all my neighbors and friends!

We used Russell to update our plumbing from copper underground in our ranch house to running PEX up in the attic. Even before the work started, he was very professional and knowledgable on laying out what he would be doing. The whole process was quick and efficient. All the new lines look amazing and I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I had two new faucets installed. I also had a new kitchen sink installed. This required some carpentry. I had two toilets repaired for flushing problems. I also had shower faucets, incorrectly installed by someone else, fixed.

Russell Hines was very easy to work with. He worked hard and steadily. He was very neat as he worked, and his clean up after his work was excellent. He brought his own clean up supplies with him - not common in my experience. He was willing to recycle the old sink, etc. His work looks wonderful! I will certainly use him again. I recommend him highly.

The entire process was efficient and honest, and I especially appreciated the clear communication.
