Anna and Deb Prescott have been nothing but wonderful. Insurance is not a "fun" process to go through but the Prescott team made it seamless and personable. The process was straightforward and clear and the responsiveness is next level. I highly recommend.

I was a Progressive customer for more than 10 years, but every so often I look to see if I can get a better insurance deal with another company. I made the switch to State Farm and was working with one agent who I was not impressed with at all. I searched the State Farm website and found Deb's office, and I'm SO glad I did. They have been so great to work with, a pleasure to speak with, fantastic communicators, responsive, and I feel truly valued as a customer. I haven't been with them for very long, but already feel like they are keenly aware of me as a customer and that's not something you get every day from other businesses. I can't foresee myself going elsewhere!
