Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Every one there was great. Darrin went over the car with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction, even took it to reclean the interior again because the previous renter had a white cat or dog or both in it (not Enterprise fault) and to fill it up with gas because they knew it was for my son's wedding and they wanted us to focus on the day, not on the gas guage. They were just as wonderful when we brought the car back and even wanted to see pictures of the wedding. I am so happy we chose to make Enterprise part of the wedding party. Even if it was behind the scenes. We will be back if ever we need them again.

Alan the manager on duty was super helpful!! He listened to my situation and went above and beyond to help me!! He even put me in bigger vehicle because of my size!! Very caring and compassionate people here. You rarely see customer service like this any more!! You cannot go wrong coming here!!

This is the nicest group of people I’ve encountered in a long time. I walked in at 8:00 a.m. and Anthony and all of the enterprise staff must have have been on coffee cup number 2. They were super friendly and just happy all around. And on a Monday?! This is unheard of. The customer service at this location is outstanding. They even called the insurance company to make sure that my car was upgraded. Thank you so much!! I will definitely come back to this specific location for all of my rental car needs.

When I first picked up the rental, customer service was nice and smooth. The guy checking me out made me laugh, the gentleman seemed pretty cool. Today upon dropping the vehicle off I spoke with Anthony the site boss, he was AMAZING! He fixed my concerns immediately and I am so thankful! All I can say is if I ever have to get another rental I’ll be shopping at this location from now on!

My service at Enterprise was great this morning 12/3. I did not get the names of the three guys who took care of me (one brother with a fitted suit, the other two guys had glasses) but they really went above and beyond to help get the right rental car for me. Thanks again!
