Once Upon A Child

I called on Sunday to verify what size bin .So I packed up my 3yr old and his clothes and drive nearly a hour away because I herd you guys were great .I called at approximately 300 however I also called last week to verify that I could bring clothes still due to covid .The girl was very pleasant and explained everything .Now I get there Sunday at 4ish and instead of welcoming me a young lady starts looking at her watch and is like oh actually we stopped accepting clothes at 4.Mind you it's the same girl I spoke to so I explained I drive far and it's raining and she keeps looking down at her watch ,now I ask for a manger and she's like she is However some other very helpful young lady behind the counter says that's me .So I walk over and explain my issue and explain she should have mentioned that at 4 you guys stop accepting clothes .So she did apologize and did offer to accept the clothes .I was pleased with my payout but I noticed she only picked out the Nike ,Polo and name brand items ,other items such as childrens place clothing and no name brand clothing was returned back to me as not being able to sell . Interesting .I did appreciate her willingness to solve the issue however there should be more customer service training and if I call at 3 asking About a bin size the person on the other end should mention you stop taking clothes two hours before shop closes. All and all I had a good experience just a little frustrated but I definitely would have looked around had it been close to closing time .

Love this place. Moved to the area in 2017 since then all kids clothing comes from here. No complaints 👌 Quality is great and my 9year old is always happy with fashion trends available. 5 year old really does not care but momma does.
Halloween costumes and other holiday outfits are priced good.
I also bring my kids gently used toys and clothes and always get a great deal.
In addition they have points program and there are some good discounts. Have fun shopping 🛍 ☺

Very clean and organized. I love the holiday selections. I brought in a bin of clothes and got more than expected. The staff was friendly and efficient. Clothing prices are very reasonable with many options and sizes to choose from. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!
