Called Roto-Rooter this afternoon and the call was answered immediately. They had my information saved from a previous call, so they dispatched a plumber quickly. Joaquin came over less than two hours later and was able to diagnose my issue and begin working on it. He was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and ask for Joaquin!

I was really in a pinch to get my toilet flushing before guests checked in. They called to re-notify of arrival time , were very respectful and through and had clean shoes that didn't leave any dirt anywhere. Great guys. Felt they were honest and straightforward. Thank you so much!

My request for service was answered immediately and someone arrived within the hour. We worked with Francisco who was on time, professional, diagnosed the problem and talked us through the process of what and why the repairs needed to get done. He completed the work just before the rain started which was a huge relief. Highly recommend.
