Elaine's class was great. Everyone very friendly and welcoming. Made it accommodating for a newbie. Highly recommend a private session to get a good start. I'm a senior with almost no experience with yoga and Elaine made it easy to get moving quickly toward my goals. Love it!

Elaine at Yoga for You is awesome. She really knows about yoga and the body and has great beginner classes. I went for several months and loved the benefits of her instruction and calming environment. I need to get back there ASAP! Kicking myself for letting work get in the way.
