Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare

My 90+ year old parents moved here 6 months ago and have received excellent care. PT's and aides are so caring and really take the time to get to know the residents. They offer daily activities to keep the residents mentally stimulated. Working with elderly folks must be incredibly challenging, and I think the majority of the staff at Windsor are doing a great job.

This is the ONLY place I will allow my father to stay. The staff are attentive to the people they care for if you want your loved one taken care of I truly recommend Windsor. The facility is warm and welcoming full of activities but most importantly full of love for what they do!

In September 2019 my parents were in a nursing home in the state of Ohio, the quality and care that they received was not satisfactory. I live in Texas and I decided to bring my parents to Texas. I found Windsor Rehab Center, and from the moment I walked into the facility I knew that this was a safe, caring facility and I immediately made arrangements to bring my parents to Texas. The staff are caring wonderful people, who have been a blessing to me and my parents. The facility is immaculate and beautiful. The facility is beautiful and clean, my parents love the food and I truly feel blessed to have them taking care of my parents.

I was a resident at Windsor Rehab and Healthcare for a few weeks after breaking my hip, I found the place to be exceptionally clean, friendly, a fresh atmosphere, and controlled temps. Personnel is exceptional. Food is great. Made lots of new friends, will be visiting often. If and when I need a forever home it will be Windsor in Terrell, not far from home, family and friends! I feel like I’ve gained family here.

Windsor Care Center has been a great facility through out this difficult time in our family. We recently lost our family member and their staff was very professional and caring while providing the best care for our loved one and making sure she was comfortable. All the nurses and administration staff were very empathetic and were always available to provide support to our family. We would recommend Windsor Care Center to anyone looking for a facility for their loved one.
